2022 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Race Telemetry Delay

There is currently a bug in fastf1 that prevents fetching data for the Saudi GP race. I won't be able to post a report of the race until it gets resolved. I'd like to help but I'm really just an entry level python user. Hopefully the great contributors of the fastf1 package can resolve the issue quickly.
